By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pinnacle: Apex Web Directory (the "Application") on any Apple device (including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS Designed for iPad), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Pinnacle is an educational, navigational, and discovery directory designed to help users explore curated public web destinations, software tools, digital encyclopedias, entertainment media, and knowledge archives across 39 distinct categories. The inclusion of any website, service, or creator does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or business affiliation unless expressly stated.

3. External Third-Party Links & Content Disclaimer

Pinnacle indexes hyperlinks to third-party websites, web applications, and services that are owned and operated by independent third parties:

• No Operational Control: KCOApps has no control over the content, uptime, editorial accuracy, terms of service, security standards, or privacy practices of any third-party website linked within Pinnacle.
