100% On-Device Local Storage
Every to-do, category tag, reminder, and photo you scan is processed and stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not operate custom backend servers or collect your personal to-dos.
Optional Private iCloud Sync
If you choose to turn on iCloud sync in Settings, your data is synced using your private Apple iCloud container (CloudKit). Your data is end-to-end encrypted by Apple and accessible only by you on your Apple devices signed into your Apple ID.
On-Device Vision OCR
Photo and camera text extraction is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Images are never uploaded to external AI servers or third-party cloud APIs.
Tokens & Rewarded Ads
PersonalToDo uses Google Mobile Ads to present optional rewarded video ads if you choose to earn extra tokens. No personal identity or to-do contents are shared with ad networks.
iCloud Storage Management
You can clear your local app data and iCloud storage at any time directly inside the app under Profile → Privacy & Storage Settings.
