PersonalToDo is designed for personal task management, to-do tracking, camera OCR text extraction, and schedule organization. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any tasks, checklists, notes, categories, or images you scan or input into PersonalToDo. Because PersonalToDo operates on an on-device architecture without centralized servers, you are responsible for maintaining your device backups and iCloud or cloud sync settings.
All rights, title, and interest in and to PersonalToDo—including but not limited to the user interface design, liquid glass styling, logos, trademarks, code, icons, and software architecture—remain the exclusive property of KCOApps. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based upon the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PersonalToDo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. KCOApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.
