Use of the App
You may use PersonalToDo for personal, non-commercial task management, OCR note scanning, and schedule tracking.
User Data & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all to-dos, categories, and notes entered into or scanned by PersonalToDo. You are responsible for maintaining backups and managing your iCloud storage.
Intellectual Property
PersonalToDo, including its branding, design system, liquid glass aesthetics, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the application without permission.
Availability & Updates
We may update, improve, or modify app features at any time. While we strive for high reliability and seamless offline functionality, continuous operation is provided as-is.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PersonalToDo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from app usage or data deletion.
