Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the StoryNest mobile application ("App"), provided by KCO Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Personal & Family Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StoryNest for personal, non-commercial bedtime reading, audio listening, and entertainment purposes on authorized iOS and Android devices.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All stories, texts, voice narrations, ambient audio soundscapes, graphics, user interface designs, and code within StoryNest are the intellectual property of KCO Apps or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App without express prior written consent.

3. Parental Supervision & Guidance

StoryNest is designed as a family reading and relaxation companion. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to participate in and supervise bedtime reading routines with young children.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain top-tier stability and soothing audio performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every hardware configuration.
